Eterspire’s Seeds of Growth update lets players raise a tree garden and adds

Eterspire let players chop down trees for their resources in its last major update, but now the indie MMO is letting players grow their own trees for harvesting directly. That’s right, the newly released Seeds of Growth update will open up the ability for players to tend a tree garden. And maybe roleplay that their resources are “sustainably sourced” in advertising pamphlets.

As the feature’s name suggests, the tree garden will let players cultivate all 20 different tree types, provided that they find the seeds from the trees that will now drop while woodcutting, all while earning special rewards along the way. Developer Stonehollow Workshop describes this new addition as a new long-term goal for in-game lumberjacks or something for those who just like exploring and collecting things.

Another big part of this update is the arrival of some quality-of-life features that include combat tweaks that include less movement restriction and tweaked damage values, the ability to zoom the camera view out further than before, and an option of click-to-move (or tap-to-move for mobile players).

Other features in the update include two new quests, the official move to the Unity 6 engine, localization improvements, a recruitment chat tab to make forming parties easier, and an option to disable automatic enemy targeting.
