The Daily Grind: If you won the lottery, would you spend it on MMO

‘Twas a post on the Fellowship subreddit a few weeks ago that inspired today’s Daily Grind. The poster played to the old I Wouldn’t Tell Anyone I Won The Lottery, But There Will Be Hints meme with a pic of a toon riding an inflatable shark around Fellowship’s lobby zone (I guess)?

The shark is a premium summer-themed cosmetic that came out with season 3, the implication here being that he’d spend his lottery winnings on shark cosmetics, which, OK, I kinda like the shark too.

I’d like to be all “if I won the lottery, I wouldn’t spend it on MMORPGs,” but I probably would spend a little on MMORPGs. Why not? I don’t think the money would change my enjoyment of the genre. Money would buy me time to play more of it, which’d be nice.

If you won the lottery, would you spend it on MMO stuff? Would it be fripperies like inflatable sharks just because you can, or would you be strategic about it?
