Mini MMO Farever’s been quietly chugging along through the summer of its early access, seeing its population dip from an average of 6252 players in May to 571 in the past month. What the game certainly needs is an infusion of excitement, content, and engagement — a new patch, in other words.
Fortunately, that’s exactly what Farever’s studio Shiro Games is planning. On September 30th, Call to Glory is set to release with a flashy heroic mode for dungeons that feature tougher mobs and new boss mechanics — as well as Medals of Glory that can be redeemed for better gear.
The patch also plans to drop epic gear that can be infused to create new builds, introduce a reputation system, add a friends and ignore list, rework the Rogue talent tree, add emotes, include a new compass to the HUD, and allow players to revive each other during boss battles.
